1. About Wood on Wall

• The Swedish company is based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
The company's postal address is Pinnmogatan 1 25464 Helsingborg.

• If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to info@woodonwall.es with your case and your contact details and we will contact you.

2. Order

• When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

• If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to info@woodonwall.es.

3. Delivery

• Our normal delivery times are normally 2-4 weeks from Sweden to Spain.

• If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you must contact us at the e-mail address: info@woodonwall.es.

4. Prices

• All prices in the store are stated in EUR and all prices include 25% VAT.

• If we are to send our invoice to a company in Spain the pricing will be without VAT.

• We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

We manufacture Wood on Wall in Sweden with carefully selected materials of the highest quality, and sustainability in focus. Our wood comes from sustainable forestry and our custom-made acoustic felt is made of recycled plastic.

Speedy deliveries

All acoustic panels from Wood on Wall are manufactured by hand in Helsingborg, Sweden and normally delivered in the EU within 2-4 weeks from order.
